Terms of Use — Replan Now

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Replan Now Android application and related Replan Now website. By downloading, accessing, or using Replan Now, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

2. About Replan Now

Replan Now is a productivity and planning app that provides tools for tasks, habits, daily planning, focus sessions, reminders, insights, widgets, and related productivity features.

Replan Now is designed to assist with personal organization. It does not guarantee that reminders, plans, notifications, backups, or other features will always operate without delay, interruption, or error.

3. License and permitted use

Spiral productions grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Replan Now for lawful personal use, subject to these Terms and the rules of the platform through which you obtained the app.

You may not:

use Replan Now for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity;
attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or misuse the app, website, advertising, purchase, backup, or authorization systems;
circumvent access controls, payment controls, or technical restrictions;
copy, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Replan Now except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

4. Your content and local data

You remain responsible for the information and content you create in Replan Now, including tasks, notes, habits, schedules, planning information, and focus-related activity.

Replan Now is primarily local-first, meaning app content is generally stored on your device unless you choose to use an online feature such as Google Drive backup. You are responsible for keeping appropriate copies of information that is important to you and for protecting access to your device and connected accounts.

5. Google Drive backup and restore

Google Drive backup and restore are optional features. When enabled, Replan Now uses its private application-specific Google Drive storage area to create and access Replan Now backup files.

Backup and restore availability may depend on your Google account, network connection, Google services, device state, app version, and other technical conditions. You should not rely on Replan Now as the only copy of information that is critical to you.

6. Reminders, notifications, and Focus

Reminder delivery and Focus behavior can be affected by Android settings, notification permissions, battery optimization, device-manufacturer restrictions, date or time changes, system scheduling, and other conditions outside Replan Now's control.

Replan Now should not be used as the sole reminder system for emergencies, medical treatment, safety-critical obligations, legal deadlines, financial deadlines, or other matters where a missed or delayed alert could cause significant harm.

7. Free version, advertising, and Pro

The Free version of Replan Now may display advertising. Replan Now Pro is offered as a Lifetime purchase that removes ads and may unlock additional features described in the app at the time of purchase.

Purchases are processed through Google Play. Replan Now does not receive or store your payment-card details. Purchase availability, restoration, refunds, and other transaction rights may also be subject to Google Play policies and applicable law.

We may adjust Free or Pro features over time as the product develops, while respecting rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Third-party services

Replan Now may use or interact with third-party services including Google Play, Google Drive, Google AdMob, and Google's User Messaging Platform. Those services are operated by their respective providers and may be governed by separate terms, policies, availability requirements, and account rules.

Spiral productions is not responsible for the operation, availability, or independent policies of third-party services.

9. Privacy

Replan Now's handling of information is described in the Replan Now Privacy Policy. Please review that policy together with these Terms.

10. Intellectual property

Replan Now, its name, branding, interface, software, website content, and other product materials are owned by Spiral productions or used with permission, except for third-party materials that remain the property of their respective owners.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Replan Now or its intellectual property to you.

11. Availability and changes

We may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Replan Now as the product evolves. We may also release updates that are necessary for compatibility, security, legal compliance, or continued operation.

We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available on every device, Android version, country, account, or third-party service configuration.

12. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Replan Now is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or preservation of data.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Spiral productions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, Replan Now, including losses resulting from missed reminders, unavailable services, device failure, or lost data.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when Replan Now's features, business model, third-party services, or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

Continuing to use Replan Now after updated Terms take effect means the updated Terms will apply to your continued use, subject to any notice or consent requirements imposed by applicable law.
