Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Replan Now handles information when you use the Android app. Replan Now is a productivity and planning app that can store tasks, habits, focus sessions, day plans, preferences, and related activity on your device.

The current version of Replan Now does not require a Replan Now account or profile.

2. Information stored on your device

Information you create in the app may include:

• tasks, subtasks, notes, schedules, recurrence rules, priorities, and completion status;
• habits, categories, targets, progress, completion history, and reminder settings;
• focus-session history;
• day plans and planning history; and
• app preferences such as theme, week start, time format, notification settings, and focus duration.

This information is primarily stored locally on your device. Replan Now disables Android's ordinary application backup for its local app data. If you choose to use Google Drive backup, the data described in Section 3 may also be copied to your private Replan Now backup area in Google Drive.

3. Google Drive backup and restore

If you choose to connect Google Drive, Replan Now requests the Google Drive drive.appdata permission. This gives the app access only to its own hidden, application-specific storage area in your Google Drive. Replan Now does not request permission to browse or read your general Google Drive files.

A Replan Now backup may include your tasks, subtasks, habits, habit categories, habit completion and progress history, focus-session history, day plans, and backed-up app preferences.

Google authorization is used to upload, discover, download, restore, and manage Replan Now backup files. Disconnecting Google Drive stops future backup access from that device but does not automatically delete an existing backup already stored in Google Drive.

4. Advertising and consent

The Free version of Replan Now may display advertising using Google AdMob. Replan Now Pro removes ads. Where required, Replan Now uses Google's User Messaging Platform and Google Consent Mode to request, manage, and apply advertising and measurement consent choices.

Google's Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect or share technical and usage data such as:

• IP address, which may be used to estimate general location;
• app and ad interactions, such as app launches, taps, and video views;
• diagnostic and performance information; and
• device or account-related identifiers, including the Android advertising ID when available.

This information is processed by Google for purposes that may include advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and service operation, subject to your consent choices and applicable law.

Ad impressions and advertising interactions may also be measured through Google and Firebase Analytics integrations. Advertising and measurement behavior may depend on your consent choices, regional requirements, and device or platform privacy settings. 5. Analytics and measurement

Replan Now uses Firebase Analytics / Google Analytics 4 to understand how the app is used, improve features, measure engagement, and evaluate advertising and campaign performance. Depending on your consent choices, regional requirements, and device settings, Google may process information such as:

• app interactions, feature usage, screen views, app and session lifecycle information, and coarse engagement events;
• Firebase app-instance or installation identifiers and device and app information;
• approximate geographic information derived from an IP address and the Android advertising ID where available and permitted;
• purchase or product metadata made available through Google Play or Firebase when applicable; and
• ad impressions, advertising interactions, and related measurement information where applicable.

Replan Now's custom product analytics uses limited, controlled categories to record actions such as creating or completing a task or habit, starting or completing a Focus session, viewing a screen, or reaching a meaningful in-app activation. It does not send your task titles, task notes, subtask text, habit names or notes, custom categories or units, skip reasons, exact schedules or dates, task or habit IDs, Drive file IDs, email or profile identity, purchase tokens, order IDs, or other free-form productivity content.

Google Analytics is linked with Google Ads to support campaign attribution, advertising performance, and conversion measurement. This measurement may use a privacy-minimized event when you perform a meaningful in-app action; it does not send the contents or names of your tasks or habits to Google Ads.

6. Purchases and Replan Now Pro

Replan Now uses Google Play Billing for its Lifetime Pro purchase. Purchase processing is handled by Google Play. Replan Now does not receive or store your payment-card details.

The app stores a limited local entitlement state indicating whether the app should operate as Free or Pro. Google Play may process purchase and account information under Google's own terms and privacy practices.

7. Permissions and device capabilities

Replan Now uses the following Android permissions or device capabilities for app functionality:

• Notifications: used to show task reminders, habit reminders, daily summaries, planning nudges, and Focus-related notifications.
• Exact alarms / reminder timing: used to deliver scheduled reminders as close as possible to the time you selected, subject to Android and device restrictions.
• Boot, date, time, and time-zone changes: used to rebuild or correct future reminder schedules after relevant device changes.
• Foreground service: used for a user-started active Focus countdown so it can remain visible and controllable while the app is in the background or the screen is off.
• Google Drive authorization: used only when you choose to connect Google Drive for backup and restore, as described in Section 3.
• Network access: used when required for Google Drive, Google Play Billing, advertising, analytics, consent management, and other online service communication.

Replan Now does not use these permissions to access unrelated personal content on your device.

8. Third-party services

Depending on the features you use, Replan Now may interact with:

• Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK;
• Google User Messaging Platform;
• Firebase Analytics / Google Analytics 4;
• Google Ads measurement linkage;
• Google Play Billing; and
• Google Drive.

These services are operated by Google and may process information under Google's own privacy policy and applicable product terms.

9. Data sharing and sale

Spiral productions does not directly sell your task, habit, note, planning, or Focus content. Data may be transmitted to Google only when needed for the Google-powered features described in this policy, including analytics, advertising and campaign measurement, consent management, purchases, and optional Google Drive backup.

Advertising-related technical data may be collected or shared by the Google Mobile Ads SDK as described in Section 4.

10. Data retention and deletion

Local Replan Now data remains on your device until you delete the relevant content, clear the app's data, or uninstall the app, subject to Android device behavior.

If you use Google Drive backup, a backup may remain in your Google Drive application-data storage after you disconnect the app. Google provides controls for application-specific Drive data, and such data is also subject to Google's retention and account-management practices.

Analytics information is processed and retained according to the configured Firebase and Google Analytics settings and applicable Google policies and privacy controls. Deleting local app data does not necessarily retroactively delete aggregated or previously processed Analytics records from Google's systems.

Replan Now does not currently provide a separate Replan Now user account, so there is no Replan Now account profile to delete.

11. Security

Replan Now uses platform and service security mechanisms provided by Android and Google services. Network communications with Google services use their supported secure transport mechanisms. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

12. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when Replan Now's features, data practices, third-party services, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted at this page with an updated revision date.
